Born on 15th January, 1968 at Kohima, Nagaland. Did her matriculation in the year 1983 from Little Flower School, Kohima, obtained BA (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi in the year 1988. After completing LLB from Campus Law Center Delhi in the year 1992, she enrolled in the Bar Council of North East on 03.11.1992 under Gauhati High Court. Joined Government panel as Junior Govt. Advocate in the year 1996, worked as Jr. Govt. Advocate, Additional Sr. Govt. Advocate and Sr. Govt. Advocate. She was recruited as District and Session Judge Kohima on 10.04.2013, and thereafter, served as Special Judge Lokayukta, Sessions Judge Dimapur (twice), Registrar Kohima Bench and Secretary Judicial Law Department Govt. of Nagaland. Appointed as Additional Judge of the Gauhati High Court on 17th February, 2025. She is the first Lady amongst the Nagas to be appointed as the Judge of the High Court.

After completing his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Khanapara, Guwahati, he pursued higher education at St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, where he earned a B.A. (Honours) in Economics. He subsequently obtained his LL.B. degree from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He was enrolled as an Advocate under the North East Bar Council and commenced legal practice at the Gauhati High Court and various District Courts, handling matters across diverse fields of law until 2011. In February 2012, he joined the Assam Judicial Service (Grade–I). Over the years, he has served in multiple judicial capacities, including as Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nagaon and as District and Sessions Judge at Tinsukia, Kamrup (Metro), Morigaon, Jorhat and Special Judge, CBI and NIA. He has also held administrative and academic positions, serving as Registrar (Judicial & IT) and Director(i/c), Faculty Member at the North Eastern Judicial Officers' Training Institute and Judicial Academy, Assam. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Gauhati High Court on 30th July 2025.

Born on 27.07.1977 to Mr. Woshomo Mozhui and Mrs. Alemla Imchen at Kohima. Received early education from Kohima Nagland and obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in the year 1997. He completed his LL.B from Law Centre -I, Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 2001. Enrolled as Advocate on 01.11.2001 and started initial practice at Delhi and shifted to Gauhati High Court, Kohima Bench in the year 2005. He served as Legal Consultant/Standing Counsel for the Medical Department, National Health Mission (NHM), Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS), Accountant General (AG), Development Authority of Nagaland (DAN), Vigilance Commission (Nagaland Lokayukta), Police Headquarters (PHQ), Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM), Nagaland University (NU) and Axis Bank till his elevation as Additional Judge, Gauhati High Court on 10.09.2026.
